Craniosacral Therapy/Midwife – London & South East
ABOUT ME
I am an experienced midwife with over 25 years of practice, as well as a craniosacral practitioner and birth trauma specialist. Throughout my career, I have developed a unique blend of skills that allow me to offer a comprehensive understanding of both the human body and mind. My expertise enables me to support clients, drawing on deep knowledge and a holistic approach to care.
My service offers:
- Craniosacral therapy – a gentle hands-on therapy that works with your body to repair and heal
- Birth Trauma Therapy – Gentle, effective and fast treatment for anyone suffering from trauma or anxiety in pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
- Private midwifery – providing one-to-one midwifery care in the antenatal and postnatal period
My deep interest in how birth experiences affect both body and mind led me to specialise in birth trauma. I became increasingly aware that trauma, especially when unacknowledged or unresolved, can remain held in the body long after the event has passed. This realisation ultimately brought me to Craniosacral Therapy, a modality that not only resonated with my midwifery background but also offered a tangible, body-based way to support healing of the nervous system.
I trained in Craniosacral Therapy under the renowned osteopath Thomas Atlee – DO, a respected osteopath and educator in the field, whose work emphasises both the scientific integrity and the subtle, perceptive skills that CST requires. This allows me to support clients of all ages in restoring balance and integration, whether they are newborns adjusting to life outside the womb, or adults with injury/trauma held in their body, I work with clients of all ages with great success.

MY APPROACH
